LAGOS ADC VICE-CHAIRMAN SEEKS UTMOST SUPPORT FROM ALIMOSHO LGA EXECUTIVES.
Hon Dr. Emmanuel K Ochie, Vice-Chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Lagos State, has called on the executive members of Alimosho LGA to give their full support towards fostering a peaceful coalition within the local government.
Speaking during a weekend meeting with the executives, Dr. Ochie commended their unwavering commitment to the party and its coalition process. He emphasized the importance of steadfast effort and best practices in politics, noting that the ADC stands out as a party that values inclusiveness and growth.
He urged members to warmly welcome decampees from other political parties, stressing that peaceful coalition and early integration of new members would strengthen the party’s structure and effectiveness in Alimosho.
“The unity and strength of ADC in Alimosho will only be achieved if the aboriginal members are ready to accept newcomers wholeheartedly and work together for the party’s success,” he said.
Dr. Ochie, who also serves as Coordinator for the Lagos West Senatorial District, particularly called on executives to rally around the Alimosho LGA Chairman, Dr. Hon. Wesly Odeyemi, describing him as a committed and supportive leader who has greatly contributed to the party’s progress.
He further applauded the party’s apex body for providing exclusive opportunities to women and youths through its constitution, highlighting that this unique structure sets ADC apart from other political parties in the country.
Concluding his address, Dr. Ochie encouraged the executives to consistently embrace peaceful coalition, remain open-minded, and continue giving their best towards the growth and advancement of the party.
