AGAIN : APC DISRUPTS ADC PEACEFUL POLITICAL MEETING IN MUSHIN .

     The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has raised fresh alarms over repeated attacks on its members, this time in Mushin, Lagos State,blaming the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) for a surge in politically motivated violence.
     The latest incident occurred when ADC leaders and supporters, gathered for a peaceful assembly,at No 22,Adeoyo St in Mushin local government of Lagos State were confronted by armed police officers and some individuals on Thursday 9th of October 2025.
   An ADC leader,Hon Gbenga Adeniran,confirmed to Ayekooto magazine that, thugs and armed security men invaded the venue that was earlier paid for by the party leadership in the area for their monthly meeting and maintained that no party member should enter the already decorated hall.
     Hon.Adeniran,who was to attend the disrupted meeting with other leaders in Mushin area, described the attacks as part of a deliberate campaign of intimidation and harassment across the state, citing prior incidents in Alimosho,Eti Osa and Kosofe
     He condemned the frequent attacks on ADC members by APC thugs in the state and implore the human rights bodies in the county to intervene in the annoying situation immediately. 
     Hon. Adeniran expressed concern over the alleged partisanship of security agencies, urging the Nigerian Police Force to uphold its constitutional duties by protecting citizens rather than advancing political agendas.
      He demands that police must ensure that justice is delivered transparently to the perpetrators of attacks on ADC members across the country.

APC Chieftain Odukoya Adeyinka Sefiu Resigns, Cites Failed Promises and Unfair Treatment.

A long-standing member of the All Progressives Congress (APC),Chief  Odukoya Adeyinka Sefiu, has formally withdrawn his membership from the party, citing loss of trust, unfulfilled promises, and what he described as “unfair treatment” by the party leadership.
